One of the founding partners of DBA Engineering, Andrew Burleigh supervises the firm's technical services, including inspection and testing asphalt mix designs and geotechnical and environmental assessments.

Along with a diploma as a civil engineering technician, Andrew has over twenty years of hands-on experience in field inspection and laboratory testing. Before helping to found DBA in 1991, Andrew had progressively responsible positions with several consulting firms in Ontario.

He is a member of the Canadian Technical Asphalt Association and the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists.
