Param Dhillon is the President and General Manager of DBA Engineering Ltd.

Mr. Dhillon is a member of the Professional Consulting Engineers of Ontario. He has over thirty years of experience in pavement engineering, asphalt technology and testing and inspection of construction materials including engineering design and project implementation. He brings to the team strong organizational, planning and supervisory abilities for field, laboratory and office operations.
